The shops in the village cater to every possible need, ensuring a convenient stay. Agia Pelagia offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The facilities at Scala, including the pool area and gardens, are delightful. The staff is attentive and can arrange airport transfers.
The is no mention of a unicorn stable.

Close to beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Amazing view from balcony with cool sea breeze. Great for families with small pool for children. Apartment cleaned daily. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent coffee made by manager.

I keep coming back for a city break because it has Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, bar/lounge, outdoor dining area, coffee shop. The staff even helped me find a lost earring on my first stay. No regrets.

Spacious rooms with balconies, most with a view of the bay of Agia Pelagia, made me feel like a VIP overlooking my own private paradise. The comfortable guestrooms ensured a good night's sleep and the amenities provided in each apartment and at the hotel were a cherry on top. The friendly English and German-speaking staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable stay, even organizing a shuttle service to the nearby airport. The hotel's peaceful atmosphere extended to its recreational facilities, such as the hot tub, outdoor pool, and beautiful gardens. I also enjoyed the convenience of the onsite supermarket for all my essential items.
Bed sheets and towels changed infrequently.

The hotel is located in a prime area which is perfect for those who want to be close to the seaside. It is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, making it very convenient. The rooms are spotless and spacious and the bathroom is clean and modern. The breakfast offered is superb and comes at a very reasonable price. the balcony provides a stunning view of the bay which is a major highlight of the hotel.
The pool area is quite small and can get crowded at peak times.

Excellent seaside view. Walk to waterfront, down about 40 steps. Waterfront had some reasonably priced food for dining with excellent views. Accommodated our 3 children with 3 separate beds, each adequate. Staff was proactive in inquiring about taxi strike.
AC did not work very well. AC disengaged every time we accessed patio as well. Facility a bit dated. Kitchen could be better equipped. Pillows could be more comfortable. Dust under beds. Pool small (as pictured)--luckily nearby seaside has a very nice beach for swimming.

Helena and Crystal were both fantastic, extremely friendly, looking after all our needs. They really made our stay most enjoyable. The apartment was ideally located next to the beach with a fantastic view overlooking Agia Palagia. We are planning to come back next year

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff was helpful and polite. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the fact that my room had a balcony. The breakfast spread was also worth mentioning, as it offered a good variety of items to choose from.
The pool was quite small and crowded, which made it less appealing. Additionally, the rooms lacked a bit of variety in terms of amenities, and the walls were thin, so noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times. Finally, while the air conditioning worked, it didn't seem to be very effective in cooling the room.

Clean pool was better than the beach. Rooms were spacious and clean.
The double bed was two singles pushed together with a gap in the middle that could not be closed, as it was the 2 bed frames in the way. The beach is not so great because the sea is pretty rough and the waves go all the way to the sidewalk at times.

I really had a good time during my stay as the staffs were friendly and useful as well. Otherwise, the hotel is in the excellent location, very close to beach and restaurants. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and clean. I ever stayed in the other apartment hotel for one night before moving in Scala hotel. It's awful but still charged me the same price.

The hotel provided clean apartments and friendly staff, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect as it was close to a beautiful beach, restaurants/bars, and a supermarket. the daily cleaning service was a nice touch.
The Wi-Fi was poor and only accessible near the reception area. the small swimming pool was located near the road and lacked privacy.

Great staff, Chrystal and Eleni
Poor maintenance of furniture, especially broken bed head and leg; Pool was dirty and not user friendly; The staff worked hard to ensure we were looked after though they were limited by poor overall maintenance of the complex; Not recommended for future stays; refund for lack of facilities would be suitable under such circumstances;

The location of this hotel was just perfect as the beach was easily accessible, only a 2-minute walk away. Additionally, being close to the main highway allowed us to easily explore other parts of the island.
All was satisfactory - no improvements needed.
